About us

I’ve always believed that food isn’t just something we eat; it’s something we feel.

After the decision to leave Spain, with a wealth of experience in my bag, learned directly from the local experienced chefs of Burgos, who taught me the meaning of true flavour and discipline in the kitchen. I started from the bottom, worked hard, and slowly built a dream that brought me here, to Liverpool.

After three years of living and working in Liverpool, I knew it was time to bring a piece of Spain to this city I now call home. This restaurant is that dream made real.
