Every dish we serve is made with care, using high-quality ingredients and time-honoured recipes. But what truly sets us apart is how we make people feel: welcome, relaxed, and part of something real.

We created this space to bring the warmth of Spain to our community through flavour, music, laughter, and connection. Whether you're here for a quick drink, a family meal, or a night out with friends, we want you to feel the soul behind every plate and every glass.

About us

I’ve always believed that food isn’t just something we eat; it’s something we feel.
For over 10 years, I lived and worked in Spain, learning from some of the best: chefs like Ricard Camarena and Victor Arguinzoniz, who taught me the meaning of true flavour and discipline in the kitchen. I started from the bottom, worked hard, and slowly built a dream that brought me here, to Liverpool.
After three years of living and working in Liverpool, I knew it was time to bring a piece of Spain to this city I now call home. This restaurant is that dream made real.
